Pandesal rolls

Method
Split the pandesal rolls
2 minutesSlice each pandesal roll horizontally but leave one side intact to create a hinged pocket for the filling.
Fry the ham
3 minutesIn a frying pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add the ham slices and cook for about 1 minute per side, until lightly browned.
Fry the eggs
4 minutesRemove the ham and set aside. In the same pan, add the remaining butter. Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and fry to your liking (sunny-side-up, over easy, etc.).
Assemble the sandwiches
1 minutePlace a slice or two of ham inside each pandesal roll, then top with a fried egg. Serve warm.
