Plain yogurt

Cold water

Imperial measurement: 1/2 cup
Fresh coriander leaves

Moringa powder

Roasted cumin powder

Method
Prepare ingredients
1 minsMeasure all ingredients and set aside.
Blend lassi
2 minsCombine yogurt, cold water, fresh coriander, moringa powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Taste and adjust
1 minsTaste and adjust salt or cumin if desired. Blend briefly again if needed.
Serve
1 minsPour into two glasses. Garnish with a few fresh coriander sprigs if using. Serve immediately.

- For a thinner consistency, add more cold water (up to 1/3 cup extra).
