Method
Soak the dates
5 minsIn a small bowl, cover the chopped dates with warm water and let them soak for 5 minutes. This softens them for smoother blending. Drain before using.
Combine ingredients
2 minsIn a blender, add the soaked dates, peanut butter, milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth
2 minsBlend on high for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little more milk or a splash of water.
Taste and adjust
1 minsTaste the punch. If you like it sweeter, add a little more condensed milk; if you prefer a stronger peanut flavor, add an extra spoonful of peanut butter. Blend again briefly.
Chill or serve over ice
0 minsFor a colder drink, refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving, or simply pour over fresh ice in glasses. Garnish each glass with a light sprinkle of nutmeg.

Tips
- Using natural, unsalted peanut butter gives you full control over sweetness and saltiness.
- If.
- If you only have salted peanut butter, reduce or omit any added salt elsewhere.
- The dates replace refined sugar and bring a mild caramel flavor that pairs beautifully with the nutmeg and vanilla. Feel free to adjust the number of dates to your preferred sweetness level.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute the milk with almond, oat, or coconut milk and vegan condensed milk.
- This punch tends to thicken as it sits. Simply add a splash of milk and stir well to revive the smooth texture.
Serving suggestions
- Serve as a hearty breakfast drink alongside boiled green bananas or a slice of hard dough bread. It also works beautifully as a post-workout refuel.
