Dessert
Pelamushi with Blackberries

About this dish
Pelamushi is a traditional Georgian grape dessert thickened with cornmeal or flour, full of rich fruit flavor and soul. In this version I’ve added blackberries for a gentle tartness that cuts the sweetness.
This is a hug in a bowl – slightly wobbly, deeply purple, made with love and patience. The coolness of the pelamushi pairs beautifully with the dark berries, making it perfect for a summer refresher or a humble yet special treat after a family meal.
